What is Pampered Post?

Pampered Post is a quarterly subscription box geared towards moms with young children. Like most moms, you probably have a lot going on with very little time left for yourself. The purpose of this box is to give you the tools you need to press pause on the everyday hustle and bustle and carve out some time for yourself. Just open the box and enjoy, everything you need to help guide you along your pampering and self-care journey is included.

But because self-care is more than warm baths and scented candles, each box also includes bestseller books and journaling exercises to help you dive deeper into personal development.

Boxes are delivered quarterly so you have time to use and enjoy every product in your box before the next one arrives.

What’s Included in Pampered Post Subscription Box?

Pampered Post is based in Canada so the majority of our products are sourced from local Canadian retailers. Products are unique and high quality. You’re going to love them!

Self-care products include bath bombs, skin care products, scrubs and more. Personal development products include bestselling books and journals.

How Often Are Boxes Mailed?

Boxes are mailed four times a year (February, May, August, November). Boxes have to be ordered before the 25th of these months. For example, order by February 25th to get the February box. Boxes are mailed between the 26th and 28th of these months.

Themed boxes are mailed on demand.

How Much Does Pampered Post Cost?

The quarterly box costs $50 CAD every three months and the annual subscription is a one-time payment of $180 CAD. A $12 shipping fee applies to all boxes.

What Are Themed Boxes?

In addition to the regular Pampered Post box, we also offer three themed boxes: the Birthday Box, Thank You Box and New Mom Box. Give the gift of pampering and send one of these to a mom on her special occasion.

These boxes come packed with premium products.

How Much Do Themed Boxes Cost?

Each themed box costs $55 CAD plus $12 shipping.

What Currency Are Prices In?

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

WHERE DO BOXES SHIP TO?

Currently, boxes only ship within Canada.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION?

Log into your account by clicking on “My Account” at the top of the page. From there, you can update your profile as needed.

HOW DO I SHARE FEEDBACK?

You can reach out to us in a few ways:

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM IN MY BOX THAT’S BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Your satisfaction is important us. If your box arrives with broken or damaged product, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll sort it out for you.

IS THERE A PURCHASE DEADLINE?

Yes, there is. If you’d like to receive a box in February, May, August or November, your order must be submitted by the 15th of that month.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

For subscriptions: Your card will be charged immediately when you make your first purchase and again on the same day of the next quarter or year. For example, if you place an order on February 12th for a quarterly box, your card will be charged immediately and then again on May 12th, August 12th and November 12th.

For one time gifts and themed boxes: Your card will be charged immediately. These boxes don’t renew.

HOW DO I SEND PAMPERED POST SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

When you checkout, check the SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS field, add the recipient’s name and mailing address and we’ll take care of the rest.

ARE THEMED BOXES AVAILABLE AS SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Currently, these boxes are only available as one time gifts and not subscriptions.

HOW DO I ADD A CUSTOM NOTE TO A THEMED BOX?

When you checkout, add the message you’d like to include with your themed box in the “ORDER NOTES” field. We’ll make sure that your gift gets the personal touch you want.
